Visitor attraction quality assurance service (VAQAS Cymru)
The service has been developed to provide a number of tools for
attraction operators that can be used to enhance quality and spread
best practice within the sector as well as providing a marketing edge.
The service offers a consumer focused quality assessment helping to
identify strengths and highlight developmental areas. It does not
attempt to ‘grade’ attractions but will assess each on its own merits.
Attractions that are assessed will be able to use the VAQAS Cymru marque for their own marketing purposes and will also be able to feature it in Visit Wales and marketing area publications and on Visit Wales and Visit Britain websites.
